Belfast DJs Terms and Conditions

These are the standard terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") of "Belfast DJs". These terms of business do not contain the entire agreement between us but comprise the principal terms under which we conduct our business. If we agree further terms, we will agree these in writing.

Belfast DJs reserve the right to cancel Contracts without prejudice to full payment if a deposit is not received within 7 days of the Contract Issue Date.

All bookings are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation.

Venues shall arrange and pay for all appropriate work permits in good time in order for the DJ to fulfil its obligations under the Contract.

All late or overdue payments will be referred to our debt collecting agent and will be subject to a surcharge of 30% of the debt to cover the collection costs incurred. This surcharge together with all other charges and legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will be legally enforceable.

Belfast DJs shall obtain and maintain, during the term of this Agreement, public liability insurance of an amount prudent in light of the likely liability that could arise.

Please note: initial prices quoted assume payment by Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery; payment by card or from a non-sterling account will be subject to service and processing charges.

Customer / Client hereby indemnifies and holds Belfast DJs, harmless from and against any loss, damage or expense, including reasonable solicitor's fees, incurred or suffered by or threatened against DJs or any of the foregoing in connection with or as a result of any claim for personal injury or property damage or otherwise brought by or on behalf of any third party person, firm or corporation as a result of or in connection with the Engagement, which claim does not result from the gross negligence of the DJ.

The customer warrants that it is authorised and of a legally acceptable age to enter into the Contract, which has been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.

We would appreciate your signing and returning the terms and conditions as acknowledgement of its Terms of business. PLEASE NOTE however, that if we introduce and/or negotiate and you accept Engagements from us, then these are the terms of business which will apply to our trading together whether or not you have signed and returned a copy as requested on the contract issued.
